As HSE Engineer, handling the following responsibilities at Salalah Projects, Oman.

• Reports directly to Operation Manager and Safety Zonal head and closely liaise with the Company QA/HSE Department.
• Prepare and submit HSE weekly and monthly reports to the Managing director and Safety Zonal Head and Including MMR.
• Responsible each kind of HSE procedure and HSE policy and
• Conduct and organize Staff Training to enable skills and knowledge to remain current, and if necessary, prepare training modules. Regulate Tool- box Meeting ensuring they are conducted in timely fashion and the message remains consistent.
• Arrange Orientation /Induction for all new arrivals prior to their starting of work .
• Monitor HSE training requirement and Journey Management Plans on site and off site also.
• Guide Management on Safety Procedures and Environmental Issues, Job (task) HRA’s, STOP and Occupational Health.
• Make sure correct PPE is available for all on-site tasks. Ensure that the PPE is fit for purpose or organize change out as required. Discussion with Managing Director about the condition of Staff PPE if any.
• Organize and Manage Emergency Evacuation and Fire Emergency Drills, Site HSE meeting Play a key role in implementation of high food and personal Hygiene and HSE and Quality systems in the location.
• Contribute professionally to initiatives enabling improvement to TISCO’s performance.
• Monitors and contributes in the implementation of company policies, systems and procedures at the site.

Although part of the on-site line management team, he shall work independent of all other Supervisory Staff. \n•Prepare and submit HSE Monthly Reports to the Resident Manager and the HO HSE Department for inclusion in the MMR. \n•Monitor the Journey Management Systems & Food Safety & HACCP, Personnel Hygiene \n•Responsible to conduct daily HSE inspections in accommodation blocks, dining and recreation facilities, store, kitchen, bakery, laundry, maintenance area, workshops and external areas ensuring high standards of Health, Safety and environmental issues are maintained. \n \n•Conduct and organize Staff Training to enaable skills and knowledge to remain current, and if necessary, prepare training modules. Regulate Tool- box Meeting ensuring they are conducted in timely fashion and the message remains consistent. \n•Constantly refresh the on- site team regarding the Life Saving Rules. The HSEO will be measured on staff knowledge and understanding of both LSR and Golden Rules. \n•Conduct Site Orientation /Induction for all new arrivals prior to their starting of work . \n•Monitor HSE training requirement and Journey Management Plans on site and off Site also. \n•Guide Management on Safety Procedures and Environmental Issues, Job (task) HRA’s, STOP and Occupational Health. \n•Make sure correct PPE is available for all on-site tasks.
