ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing and managing Glass accounts for Middle East region, Cement and Aluminium accounts for UAE and Oman region
• Developing and managing sales and service of Pyrotek’s product including temperature sensor, refractory, insulation, coatings, chemicals, machined graphite parts, IS machine parts, and all other Pyrotek products applicable for Glass, Cement, and Aluminium Industry
• Evaluating, analysing and taking responsibility to quote and drive the received Customer inquiry/enquiry/request for quotation (RFQ)
• Registering, maintaining and updating the received inquiries in the Enquiry Register
• Reviewing/studying received tender documents
o Clarifying any unknowns prior to offering on the tender
• Preparing Pyrotek FZE quotation taking into consideration by obtaining the following information:
o Realistic current market related lead-times for manufacturing/trading
o TDS and MSDS and Drawing/Drawings
o Customer Part ID’s
o Current Supplier/Vendor pricing
o Packing details from suppliers/vendors (type of packing, weight and dimensions)
• Requesting for realistic, current market related and updated freight charges from Pyrotek FZE Logistics
• Performing a detailed costing analysis for every inquiry/enquiry/RFQ received
• Preparing the required quotation and seeking approval on the same from MD
• In the event of a tender: preparing required tender submission documents (if applicable)
• Timely future following-up & negotiating with clients for all submitted quotations
• Upon a Customer issuing a purchase order against a Pyrotek FZE quotation submitted, forwarding the received PO to the respective Pyrotek FZE Customer Service Representative
• Arranging and executing meetings with Customers/Clients providing a clear agenda
• Recording the visit/trip/phone report, new opportunities, and all new updates in CRM
• Following-up on open payments
• Following-up on any topics having an impact on closing the specific order
• Recording and resolving customer complaints
• Sending and obtaining a satisfaction survey from Customers and Suppliers/Vendors
• Conducting trials that are to be driven and controlled as to a start date and end date, and finally documenting the outcome of the trial (successful or unsuccessful)
• Yearly budgeting of forecasted sales to Customers assigned
o Updating and revising the budget during the course of the year based on market
