• Responsible for carrying out maintenance / overhaul of all rotating & static mechanical equipment & carry on any modification works in the plant (process piping / equipment jobs) including fabrication, erection and testing (pneumatic & hydro)
• Responsible for writing technical repair report & advise corrective measures to rectify as per the standards/ specification

• Responsible for the all materials & spare parts available in stock prior to start of any maintenance activity
• Participate in Company SHE (Safety Health & Environmental) programs and initiatives
• Create malfunction notification /Work order/ notification in SAP system & compile the reports after the execution
• Rectification for mechanical equipment as per API & ASME standards
• Adhere to SHE principles, demonstrating commitment to safety through language, willingness to learn, behavior and actions, complying safety practices and committed to zero tolerance of unsafe acts
• Understand contractual and job requirements to ensure the estimates are in accordance with company budgets
• Review Man-hours & duration forecast to completion of any maintenance activities
• Selection & Guide in preparation of estimates/man hours specifics for shutdown activities
• Develop SOW for shutdown activities along with the planning department for shutdown activities, as required
• Review the manpower requirements, mobilization & Monitoring/follow up with contractors for all the services required during any major activities
• Liaise with field operations w.r.t assigned activities, risk assessment and JSA meeting
• Monitoring field execution progress, and report progress for the evaluation purpose & assist construction & commissioning team for the start-up of the plant

•Organise, develop & implement standards, compile comprehensive estimates & proposal
•Understand contractual & project requirements to ensure the estimates are in accordance with company & contracting strategy
•Plan & review the appropriate section of the proposal to ensure right alignment between proposal & estimates
•Break the estimates into suitable project cost structure or WBS to support project reporting
•Study & assess the relevant drawings, specifications as per O&G Industry standard construction technique and instructions for specific or functional area of responsibility
•Responsible for implementation of SOW as related to Construction / Fabrication / Engineering / commissioning / Maintenance of the facilities in conformance with project spec & schedule
•Responsible for all aspects of constructability & estimating the offshore /onshore work scope projects includes jetty works & (Maintenance) fabrication of a piping, compressor replacements, drill ship maintenance and the identification, tendering & co-ordination of Heavy Lift Vessels and Pipe lay barges
•Verify that the drawings and specifications provide adequate instructions for the work and advise the project engineer or construction engineer of any deficiencies or clarifications needed
•Plan, organize, direct & control daily construction activity operations for in-house construction team & sub-contractors, Prepare and submit construction project plan & budget estimates
•Prepare BOQ, construction schedules & milestones, As-built drawings, Mechanical completion certificates, monitor progress, contracts & negotiate revisions
•Supervises & coordinates the technical team of the Consultant during construction and commissioning of the Facilities
•Provide technical assistance to the Clients & sub contractors in the compilation of progress of the projects
