● Efficiently handle the on boarding and off boarding processes, including employee transfers.
● HR Administrative Support: Deliver effective administrative support to enhance HR operations.
● Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees' business trips, including business visa support.
● Oversee and manage the JAFZA Portal comprehensively for the organization.
● Administer the corporate HRIS system, Success Factors, Sage 300, HR SharePoint.
● Track and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and service.
● Systematically manage and analyse employee data for strategic decision-making.
● Employee Query Resolution: Address and resolve employee queries efficiently.
● Contribute to the on-going development of the HR team through digitization initiatives.
● Administer talent management processes, year-end performance cycles, and calibration sessions.
● Organize and maintain the HR shared folder for easy access to updated documents.
● Maintain a comprehensive database of staff, including certification, contracts, and letters.

● Manage the tracking of employment and family visas, flagging renewal dates, and monitoring passport expirations.
● Propose enhancements for pantry orders and oversee end-to-end processes for car leasing and corporate housing contracts.
● Manage relationships with maintenance providers to ensure timely upkeep of premises.
● Oversee the management of corporate mobile phone lines.
● Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to medical, life, and travel insurances for all employees.
