• Responsible for managing & implementing complex IT business transition & transformation projects end-to-end
• Setup a Global Business Center in India for AECOM and head the Corporate IT Delivery Center
• Manage the IT Portfolio, overseeing projects from conceptual through to planned and in-flight
• Provide leadership across all IT delivery, transitioning strategy into execution and adjust IT roadmap planning

Responsible for managing all phases of IT Infrastructure Outsourcing Mobilization Lifecycle and responsible for ensuring viable client services.
- Demonstrated success of working effectively under short project timelines, hostile environment, COVID-19 BCP situation (100% Remote)
- Handled projects with Total Contract Value (TCV) up to $400 Million Experienced in setting-up:
o Green Field Projects
o Perform Knowledge Acquisition (KA) from & to Incumbent Vendors and 3rd Party Contractors (Reverse KT)
o Hostile Environment with limited or no support
- Accountable for complete transition project life cycle for enabling remote management of client’s IT infrastructure including Cloud, Data Centre, Service Desk, Network Management, Telephony, Security, End User Computing (EUC), Database, Field Services Support, Service Integration and Management (SIAM) & Tools deployment
- Understand scope of work and design detailed Minimum Entry Criteria (MEC), project plan, definition, risk and mitigation and work effectively in diverse, multi-cultural environments at Global Level
- Responsible for optimization of transition methodology to reduce time, costs, risks and to retain/ improve quality
- Involve in planning and strategizing, opportunity qualification, pre-sales, RFP/RFI response, solution design, solution architecture, cost estimation, delivery planning, solution delivery, contracting & client engagement, change requests
I have been part of more than 50+ transitions for various clients with different domain expertise / specializations within Infrastructure Service (IS) & BPO Offerings. Managed mid-large size projects with TCV of ~35 Million
- Specialization in Service Management domain; Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, JIRA and BMC Remedy.
- Responsible to identify and define business cases; defining project tasks and resource requirements; developing detailed project charter, project plan and transition plan depending on solution complexity, priorities and deliverables
- Demonstrated success of working effectively under short timeframes, pressure and challenges
- Strong ability to lead and coordinate large teams worldwide in diverse, multi- cultural environments
- Driving Transformation in the areas of Legacy Automation, Technology, Cloud Migration, Digital readiness and Business Value Management in the Infrastructure space within all IO Contracts are few of my primary responsibilities.
Responsible to provide L2/L3 technical support including application/software support, Mainframe, Telnet, Active Directory, Lotus Notes and operational support for Service Management products such as Incident, Problem, Capacity, Availability Management as per ITIL standards.
Successfully completed Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical from JRN University in the Year 2008. However, my personal interest was always in IT, hence I decided to pursue my career in fields related to information techologies and got opportunity to start my career with one of the leading companies in IT.
