Roles & Responsibilities:-
•Providing Remote support to resolve Outlook

Roles & Responsibilities:-
•Installation of PCs, Printers, Network Printers, Scanners etc. at clients place.
•Troubleshoot, Maintenance, Printer installation.
•Installing windows 2000, XP, windows7, Windows 2000, windows 2003 & 2008 Server.
•Troubleshoot on network printer.
•Internet technical issue Maintain Inventory on central server.
•Installation of standard software & required software -MS-office, MS-outlook, Java, NET, Oracle, SQL. Lotus Notes Application installation Software, NSDL, CDSL.NDS-OM
•Responsible for Maintenance of about 500 Desktops.
•Installation and regular updates of Antivirus Software Net Protector Symantec Antivirus clients Trend Micro.
•Installed and configured an Active Directory Domain Controller.
•Added and removed server roles and features; configured AD Domain Services; configure DNS; configured DHCP
•Creating and Managing the User Accounts, Group Accounts and other objects
•Associating GPOs with Active Directory Containers:.
•Mails forwarding to multiple id’s (internal & external)
•IBM Lotus notes Configuration & troubleshooting.
•Troubleshooting the issues related to the mail deliveries.
•Remote calls.(RIM Support)
•Changing DNS zone in windows
•Managing & Troubleshooting mails & Security related issue through remotely.
•Perform on-site and Remote Technical Support.
•Providing remote support to end users.
•Preparing Daily Work status Report
•Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
•Preparing weekly and Monthly work report and submitted to Department Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
•Adding Users & creating Users Profile on the AD.
•Responsible for all IT Operations
•Installation of PCs, Printers, Scanners etc. at clients place.
•Troubleshoot, Maintenance, Printer installation.
•Software Installations of Various Microsoft Products at Client side including Operating system windows XP & other Packages like MS-Office etc.
•Responsible for handling/manage client site as a Field Engineer..
