• First Class VIP Handling
• Deportee Handling
• SSSS Handling
• Boarding Gate Customer Handling
• Access Control of the Aircraft
• Ground Surveillance

• Cabin Search Operation (Passenger Seats, Galleys, Lavatories, Safety equipment's, Cart handling, Tray Handling, Overhead bins or Hat racks, F, J and Y Class Experience.
• Provide pro- active service to passengers prior to check in such as managing queues.
• Deliver efficient customer service at the transfer desks for arriving passengers who are connecting to another flight.
• Coordinate with police and airport authorities in case of any theft in baggage makeup area
• Immediate report and action on any uncertain situation.
