Master Data creating, cataloguing and maintenance for Master Data Management (Governance & Integration) team which centrally governs the master data based on a collaborative workflow process that seamlessly integrates business rules and subject matter domain expertise on Material Master, Service Master, Product Master, Inventory Modelling, and various co-related projects that ensure Catalog completeness.
•Since sept.2020 I am working in P&C - platforms ( related to operational support ) where we need to give complete support to business which involves helping end user and solving various issues in co-ordination with IT Team.
•Preparing rules of Informatica for data syndication which is helpful to maintain all required data proactively in all servers, to perform smooth transactions in SAP.
•Governance and Integration of master data with MRP / project engineering / equipment BOM / excise / tax schedules in order to execute hassle free transactions in SAP.
•Establish Interchangeability of Equipment Spares with complete specification during Projects phase Piping consumable and equipment etc.
•Providing support to users at all stages of procurement cycle.
•IT testing and implementation of changes in the Master Data Governance systems along with preparing training materials/SOP and providing training to employees across the organization.
•Extracting and preparing reports of engineering materials inventory expenditure and present to the management.
•Identifying scope for new project related to the Master data and validate/execute the same within the given time frame.
PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN
•Master Data Cleansing- Material/Service specifications and backend table configuration correction in MMCS and SAP with the help of our team to keep master data consistent and accurate across the enterprise to perform key activities such as Material code requests creation/PR/PO/GRN.
•Inventory Optimization- Identification of idle, surplus and duplicate inventory of materials
•Master Data Migration- Master Data migration from old SAP servers to New SAP servers considering/altering various back end values
•System Automation- Reduced unnecessary transactions, reduced manual intervention through backend table configuration and with the help of IT people.
•Business Transformation (BT): SAP-MDG process implementation in the year Earlier Materials Finished, Raw, Traded materials were generated manually without any governance mechanism. Post BT implementation codes are created via MDG framework where data is populated through backend through IDOC’s and ALE’s eliminating manual inputs.
I was working in MDM Team since JAN 2013 to Aug 2020 (handling material master, service master, product master, Inventory modelling etc.. and we were responsible for end to end process completion including support at each level and now Since sept.2020 I am working in P&C related Dept.( platforms ( operational support ) where we need to give complete support to business which involves helping end user and solving various issues in co-ordination with IT Team.
