The client M/s. Alaqaria intends to build a Mixed Used Building having office space, residential apartments and shops for the convenience of residents of Umm Saieed area in Qatar. The project has a total built up area 50000 Sq.mts. The project consists of 3 Nos G+M+3 buildings each having approximately 35 shops and 90 Residential Flats / Offices respectively. The project has ancillary facilities like - Substation, 600 external parking for vehicles, hard & soft landscaping.
The client M/s. Al Meera intends to build a mall at Hazm Al Markhiya, Doha on a plot area of 10, 000 Sq.mts, with a total built up area 5000 Sq.mts for the store facility. The project consists of convenience Store at Ground floor with external parking facility for 90 vehicles (shaded and open parking).
The convenience store houses facilities for - Al Meera store, leasable area and other ancillary facilities like - Substation, toilets, necessary circulation and mechanical equipments on the roof top.
The scope of the project consists of the construction of a sub-structure and super-structure with all finishes, pre-engineered steel structure, external landscape and installation of all services.
The Pearl-Qatar is talked about around the world. Burj Elegante is
located in Parcel 17 of Porto Arabia. It’s a G+25 storied Mediterranean-style tower with a total of 187 units. This exquisite tower has residences with one to three bedrooms, luxury penthouses, full leisure and fitness amenities, spectacular aspects and balconies, close to all dining and entertainment facilities. The total residential Built up area for the tower is 40, 000 sqmt and parking built up area is roughly 35, 000 sqmt.
Worked as a Project Planner for a massive truck parking area which was built into the project to accommodate a total of 5, 000 trucks of various sizes. This feature is to
especially serve the long distance truck drivers who commute between Abu Samra and Doha. The truck parking facility in the project has some unique features. Apart from the Truck Parking it also comfortable
living quarters for 53, 000 persons, 5 Mosques, a motel, administrative buildings, dining halls and restaurants, an auction area, a workshop, playgrounds, cinema halls, a modern medical centre, petrol station, fire station and maintenance workshops. Al Baraha at the industrial area due to the fact that this locale has now become the residence of thousands and thousands of labourers. Al Baraha is to be built in an approximate 1.8 Million square metre land area. The built area of the project stands
at 802, 700 square metres with the rest devoted to landscaping and recreational place.
