•Responsible for P&L of branches for entire East

•Successfully managed force of 11 distributors, 15 salesmen and 2 pilot salesmen.
•Efficiently monitoring age of stock of all products for North East region for scheme implementation.
•Achieved 90% of route scheduling for C&F, 65% for distributors and 70% for sales force
