Linux Operating system deployment in CD as well as network installation mode
with tasks such as user, group creation, partitioning.
Managing and Troubleshooting Hardware as well as application level problems.
To interact with customers directly during priority-1 incidents.
Support in case of critical issues on 24*7 on duty basis.
To monitor and identify the problem by looking at monitoring system, create
ticket, try to fix the issue and escalate to appropriate teams if could not fix.
