Ensured timely completion of supplies for the project in challenging conditions.

 Saved 15% cost of piping materials by developing alternate supply sources in ‘Low-Cost Courtiers’.

 Steered the procurement activities to make up the inherited 45% progress deficit and avoided a time overrun of 3 months in overall project completion.

 Implemented a digital library of project procurement documentation catering to NMR 601, NMR 602 and NMR 603 (over 8, 500 documents), felicitated with special admiration from the client.

 Avoided inventories worth USD 2.2 million for the bulk materials for various bulk materials.

 Eradicated the additional cost worth USD 400, 000 that had arisen due to ambiguous Quality Assurance (QA) requirements in the approved technical specifications of the Custody Metering System package.

 Eradicated the potential delay of more than 3 months in the project completion due to the unscheduled repair work of 30 number 56-inch size ball valves (manufactured by a reputed European supplier), which had arisen due to failure of the valves at the project site due to latent design defects.

 Acquired the expertise on Procurement and Quality Assurance procedures of Saudi Aramco and had trained fellow procurement professionals on the 9COMs, Regulated Vendor List (RVL), Order Placement Recommendation(OPR), SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, Non-materials requirements (NMR 601/602/603), Inspection levels as per the 9 COM system under SAEP-1151 (Form 175)/ SAEP-347 (sourcing from stockiest), Spare Part Data Packages (SPDP), etc. as stipulated under the Schedule-Q of Saudi Aramco contract.

 Implemented the E-Note For Approval (E-NFA) for the Transmission Business unit that helped to eradicate the ‘management approval’. Contract drafting time was reduced to 40% and eliminated critical errors in the contracts.

 Contributed to the implementation of the Master Data Management (MDM) system.

 Eradicated the demurrage, detention and ground rent charges by implementing a group-level SOP.
