Responsible to design and implement processes to facilitate a seamless patient workflow at the different clinical divisions of the hospital and to train the staff on these processes to ensure one understanding resulting in more efficient stream, quality of outcomes and reaches highest patient satisfaction rates.
Additionally, I prepare operational and revenue statistics based on selected parameters and KPIs - analyzing the data, defining gaps and recommending quick fixes as needed. Moreover, I coordinate for projects initiated by the CEO office and liaise with stakeholders accordingly.
