• Draft & keep updated the overall staff planning & needs, with the support of the Heads of Department and the Country Director.
• Support with the hiring manager, the full recruitment cycle of national staff in Lebanon.
• Ensure the onboarding/exit process of all staff including: staff registration, NSSF registration, update of staff lists, and issuing of required items such as ID cards, phones, laptops, uniforms. Upon exit this should be returned and an exit interview should be facilitated.
• Support annual staff evaluation & development and training plans. Coordinate all staff trainings.
• Prepare the monthly payroll as well as the pay slips and other benefits employees are entitled to, in coordination with Finance department.
• Ensure compliance with DCA code of conduct, DCA HR policies, and relevant national laws.
• Support the implementation of all relevant HR procedures and manual, including staff wellbeing and health.
• Implement and support all employees in their national medical insurance.
• Coordinate with DCA NSSF & Tax Advisor regarding registration of new joiners and de-registration of separated staff.
• Liaise with DCA Legal Advisor on HR related issue.
• Maintain timesheets and attendance lists of all DCA employees.
• Maintain leave tracker for all DCA employees.
• Update the list of staff contacts monthly and the organizational chart when necessary.
• Supervise the office cleaners and ensuring hygiene of offices is maintained.
• Draft & maintain Lease Agreements and other Admin Contracts in place and in line with the requirements, including achieving.
• Ensuring office needs, furniture, and electrical equipment needs are met in coordination with the Pro/Log department.
• Track the costs & usage of utilities and communication costs.
• Follow up on the related issue to DCA apartment needs and accommodation arrangements for visitors as well as visa needs.
