Commercial
• Accessorizing kitchens for billboard ads ( for SMART FURNITURE Cairo Egypt)
• Succeeded in producing a full corporate office design for (SPECHT office in Cairo Egypt), including preparation of drawings, mood boards, schematic design, product list of furniture & accessories to be purchased.

• Responsible for supervising & applying the IKEA store foundations as planned.
• Applying the Swedish/Scandinavian products to meet the local Egyptian taste.
• Creating inspiring room settings to present the IKEA product range starting with selecting the required products, producing mood boards & CAD drawings, leading presentations, preparing & ordering the required materials (paints, floorings, sewing orders, carpentry orders, graphics), setting action plan for implementation with the required deadline, finishing &supervising the implementation process till the hand over .
• Delivering projects under tight deadlines.
• Coordinating & directing the work of outsource suppliers & contractors for the needed external materials in order to meet the quality required.
• Show customers the extension of the range coordination, and various ideas & proposals for different rooms in the house, living & realistic, completed with accessories.
• Applying knowledge & information collected from local home visits to reach the specific market needs in designing the rooms (total space of homes & specific sizes of rooms, functionality & space usage, activities done inside, number of persons using the space, average income of the family, number of family members, specific needs & requirements for each family)
• Responsible for doing all the required analysis presentations, AutoCad drawings & 3D models for room settings.
• Responsible for maintaining the look and feel, quality & functionality of the IKEA room settings inside the store to always have the store in shape as new.

Accomplishments within the role:
• Participated in planning & implementation of the living room project in IKEA Abu Dhabi (UAE), Nov 2015, Feb 2016.
• Managed IKEA new commercial projects in cooperation with the marketing department to enhance the IKEA brand ( designing & implementing IKEA mockup villa in AMWAJ North Coast, Egypt, summer 2016)

• One of the first members of the Communication & Interior Design team who was responsible for building up the first IKEA store in Egypt along with the Expansion team of IKEA Dubai, UAE.
• Planning & implementing Accessory shops, Activity podiums, shop windows, Vignettes & showroom compacts in the store.
• Coordinating & directing the work of outsource suppliers & contractors for the needed external materials in order to meet the quality required.
• Responsible for maintaining the look and feel, quality & functionality of the IKEA store to always have it in shape as new.
• Implementing the IKEA display solutions & communication in order to show functional home furnishing solutions within the store.
• Organizing & participating in different activities & campaigns in the IKEA store ( SALE, COOKING & EATING, LIVING WITH TEXTILES) in cooperation with Sales department, beginning with selecting the required products, utilizing them in an inspirational way, finalizing all drawings & sheets, setting action plan for implementation, finishing & supervising the implementation process till handover

• Working as a Design Engineer in the technical department to produce professional and accurate designs in terms of design layouts, detailed shop drawings & work orders.
• Performing &drawing works for curtain walls, Aluminum louvers, windows and doors starting from concept agreement till project delivery.
• Designing all aluminum details for curtain walls to achieve the client's requirements for design, cost & exact timing.
• Preparing material allocation & work orders for all the approved shop drawings to get ready to be sent to factory.
• Providing technical support in pre-contract phase.
