Worked within the company in similar position at various sections, the most recent being the role of a Strategic business partner.

In this current position of HRBP, I work towards
- Effectively communicating HR policies, allowing face time with employees, escalating concerns and suggesting revision to organisation policies where relevant
- Proposing and implementing of various employee engagement activities and recognition programs

- KPI management through effective Performance management system
- A robust end to end onboarding process for new hires.

Previously managed Compensation and benefits section where I was responsible for
- Management of grading structure, proposing salary adjustments
- Management of annual incentive payouts and merit increases
- Keeping a close watch at market trends for proposing changes in pay range and benefits to existing structure.

While handling Talent management role, i was responsible for
- Providing strategic initiative and planning for staffing needs
- Manage the entire hiring cycle by recruiting diverse talent to multiple organizations within the company.
- Interacting with various embassies for issues related to overseas hiring requirement to manage organisation manpower quota was also managed withing recruiting.
- Engage with recruitment consultants and sign up for agreement on critical positions sourcing needs

As part of the Performance management role, I was responsible for
- Effectively communicating Performance review management system and its needs
- Preparing Performance rating analysis for various business groups within the organization
- Bell curve analysis for arriving at incentive payouts
- Constantly coaching managers and employees on giving and receiving feedback and handling the review discussion pressure.
