8. Providing Turnkey solutions to the customers with Boilers, Steam Accessories and Balance of Plant Accessories.
9. Submission of MIS. Planning the activities accordingly to accomplish the projections made in MIS.
10. Achieving ABP with Structural Monthly / Quarterly Planning & Projections.
11. Identify the Strengths and Weakness of Team members and provide adequate motivation / training enabling them to achieve their targets.
12. Proper recognition of team members on their out-standing achievements.
13. Optimizing & proper planning of the Section resources.
