Following-up with the reverse logistics guidelines to send faulty or damaged goods back to the vendor
Identifying & leveraging alternate buying opportunities to source products and ensure that organization maintains its competitive edge through constant renegotiation
Facilitating effective communication & follow-up on various product requirements & findings (obtained from the sales / store data)
Collating information from industry trade groups or trade shows / market visit
Reviewing stock / sales records on a daily basis and learning about top sellers in each department / category / group
Checking the inventory level and ensuring sufficient stock holdings for each product / category / group / dept.
Monitoring the stores to assure that the planogram given is implemented strictly
Conducting:
o Periodically visit and performing market & survey of competitors for new / better idea of merchandising; incorporating improvements in merchandising standards
o Competitor analysis & market review on periodic basis to understand the trends and develop products in tune with the same
Conducting visit to competitors (with same ranges of products) and studying their way of implementation & pricing for making buying better
Working on best promotions for booklet, flyers and weekly & newspaper advertisement and supporting the promotional activities in the store; verifying that the merchandise is available on time in right quantities
Advise the clients from time to time based on the research advices
Generating Brokerage and volume to the Branch.
To trade for the clients, keeping them informed about rates, research information, and market outlook, order & trade details and confirmations
Identify and develop new streams for Equity/Commodity/ Currency revenue growth and maintaining cordial relationship with existing clients.
Individually operate Trading terminals.
