• Plan, Develop, Optimize, Organize, Direct, Manage, Evaluate and Control the Warehouse, Logistics, and Distribution to ensure quality storage and timely delivery of products to support sales and deliver superior customer service cost effectively.
• Work closely with Internal Managers and other relevant stakeholders to forecast demand & create supply plans that ensure availability of right product, in the right quantity, in the right condition, at the right place, at the right time, to the right customers, at the right price to avoid both stock-out and aged inventories.
• Develop analytics, systems and data management including KPI’s metrics and reports.
• Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff
• Understand customers’ needs, service those needs, and maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer’s key personnel involved in or directly relevant to supply chain activities.
• Manage sales and operations planning process including supply & demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time distribution and delivery
• Develop annual plans with prioritization, resourcing and participate in the development of the supply chain strategy for the organization
• Identify and manage risk within the supply chain and conduct root cause analysis and issues corrective actions to prevent the reoccurrence of same issue to avoid any business interruptions in the future.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement in systems, best practices, KPI’s, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations in order to grow the business.
• Responsible for directing all operational activities including overseeing the production process ranging from collecting crops from local farms to grading, packing and storing the products as well as ensuring timely & safe distribution of the local agriculture products to the Retailers, Wholesalers, Special contracts, HORECA, etc.
• Responsible for day to day operational activities of 5 warehouses and Distribution Centre located in Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
• Manage Inbound Operations, Outbound operations, Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics, Budget, Planning Order process and Customer Service etc, very efficiently and effectively.
• Planning and budgeting of all the resources required for Logistics operation and controlling Logistics costs & implementing proper measures to control the cost.
• Prepare yearly Sales Plan, Supply plan and the Budget in co-ordination with Divisional Directors.
• Develop logistics strategy and framework to ensure timely and safely collection of crops from local farms to the production area as well as to ensure timely and safely delivery of the final products from the packaging, storage area to Customers.
• Continuous improvement of the processes within the Supply Chain through identifying and implementing improvement opportunities through LEAN principals.
• Manage to plan the distribution and collection of produce based on Forecasts, Actual Inbound and Sales Orders in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
• Manage Sales and Procurement Forecast and ensure the variances are minimized in efficient way to reduce the Loss of sales and freshness risk to business.
• Prepare high level reports on a continuous basis on Distribution activities, Supply and Demand analysis, Production Plan, Stock and sales Report, Price to Trade analysis, Freshness analysis, Production and cost analysis, Logistics and Distribution cost analysis, Farmer performance analysis, Procurement and Sales forecast analysis, Reverse Logistics analysis, Customer profit and loss analysis, and in addition to ad-hoc reporting required by senior management.

Responsibilities
• Day to day leadership for warehouse team which consist 82 staff including supervisors, warehouse assistants, admin assistants, operators, order fillers, drivers and helpers.
• Manage stock control, the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, shipment loading and transferring, document recording.
• Maintain an accurate vehicle maintenance register book for each vehicle and ensures that all the vehicles are maintained in good condition and as per UAE law and HACCP regulations.
• Plan daily vehicle / driver requirements based on cubic meter order volumes, delivery schedule and best vehicle utilization.
• Execution of average 300 sales orders and establish efficient route planning process.
• Develops and implements means to monitor the usage of fuel per vehicle whilst ensuring that controls are in place to prevent misuse of fuel by any company employee.
• Negotiates outsourced transport contracts for export shipments.
• Supervises closely all export & import of products and ensures that all regularity forms and processes are done in timely manner.

• Manage Import clearance from UAE Ports, Dealing with Customs, Port, Municipality, Shipping Line, Clearing & Forwarding agents, warehouse and transport for managing the day to day export / import operations in an efficient and effective way.
