The Project comprises the construction of 546 Villas in East Sitra in 24 Months duration. The Project is divided into 3 Belts: Outer Belt, Middle Belt, Inner Belt area, with 10 different types of villas. East Sitra social housing project is adjacent to Sitra in the capital governorate of Bahrain.

2) Expansion and Renovation of Bilad Al Qadeem Health Center Project | Client: Ministry of Health, Bahrain
The Project comprises the construction of Expansion and Renovation of Bilad Al Qadeem Health Center project.

3) Kanoo Museum - Structural Fit out Works & Internal Design works in Kanoo Museum Exhibition area

The Project comprises the Structural Fit out Works & Internal Design works in Kanoo Museum Exhibition area in Manama, Bahrain.

4) Renovation of Sheraton Hotel, Bahrain

The Project to renovate the existing 5 start hotel of Sheraton and complete all the necessary balance works such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Façade system, Kitchen equipment, finishes work, etc. along with necessary civil/builder works and external landscaping works for the areas tower building, external areas with all aspect to complete and to ready to operate the hotels as per the operator’s requirements.

5) Comprehensive Social Services Complex at Isa town, Bahrain

The project comprises of the construction, completion and maintenance of the Comprehensive Social Services Complex at Isa Town. The project includes all the associated mechanical, electrical, drainage and external works.

1) Construction of Sayacorp Tower Project at Bahrain Financial Harbor | Client: Sayacorp Aqar

The proposed site is located at gateway of Financial Harbor overlooking the Bahrain Bay to the northeast and Bahrain World Trade Center to the east. The project consists of 29 storey tower comprising of 2 basements, 10 floor for office space, 10 floor for Conrad service apartments, a service floor (Level 11), 2 penthouses (Level 22, 23) and two recreational floor (Level 23A, 24). Adjoining the tower, a car parking podium is integrated which consists of Basement, Lower Ground Floor, Upper Ground Floor, Mezzanine and 5 levels. Overall total built up area is 55, 493m2.

2) Construction of ONYX - 2 Towers at Bahrain Bay
The Project consist of the construction of 2 Onyx towers- Tower A &B at Bahrain Bay. Tower A consists of 44 Floors and Tower B 37 floors respectively. Both towers share the lower 7 floors as common pubic areas which consists of the Parking Area, Reception Areas, an indoor garden, Gym, multipurpose Hall, Business centers & outdoor infinity pool. The residential flats of both towers provide 700 luxurious 1, 2- and 3-Bedroom Apartments, in a multitude of floor plans.

Pre-Shutdown, Shutdown & Post Shutdown activities
• Prepared overall Shutdown and Pre-Shutdown integrated schedule using Primavera P6
with execution plan in line with the timeline received from ORPIC (client)
• Prepared a detailed, resource loaded schedule for Shutdown phase, of all equipment’s &
valves maintenance, with all resources loaded.

workmanship concerns
