-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Attending meetings, taking notes and any other administrative tasks
- Scheduling; reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails
- Prepare work in progress schedules and follow up with clients
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all contacts
- Making travel arrangements, preparing reports, filing, organizing documents, maintaining files, and updating records

- Translation services: Macedonian, Serbian, Spanish, Bosnian, Croatian and Russian
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information - Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material - Ensuring project deadlines are met. - Determining project changes. - Providing administrative support as needed. - Undertaking project tasks as required.
Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents. - Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages. - Handling basic bookkeeping tasks. - Helping prepare for meetings. - Accurately recording minutes from meetings. - Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives. - Making travel arrangements for executives. - Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database. - Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence. - Provide general administrative support.
Responsible for daily receipt of post and proper delivery to the respective department as well as updating the books for daily received post - Receiving and sending emails from clients, as well as keeping report for received and sent emails to and from the company. - In charge of daily telephone calls to and from the company - Receipt of documents, registration of documents in the register books, ensuring proper distribution of documents for work, copying, scanning and storing documents from daily work for archive. - Working closely with the Management and providing different types of reports for the daily needs of functioning of the company
