• Preparing well design, drilling and work over programs in accordance with industry Standards and applicable regulations to achieve objectives in safe and cost effective manner.
• Analyzing operational requirements, liaising with service companies and suppliers accordingly in order to ensure smooth and efficient drilling operations.
• Conducting well engineering studies, After Action Reviews (ARR) to incorporate learning and keeping abreast of developments in techniques and materials within the industry.
• Overseeing and advising for technical inputs for field operations, submitting reports to the immediate supervisor on daily/ weekly basis.
