Job Summary Recruitment and Selection
* Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes.
* Drafts offer letters and liaises with candidates regarding all required
documentation as well as the requirements for visa processing.
* Coordinate with PROs and candidates to arrange labor approval and
visa as per UAE labor law.
Onboarding
* Coordinate with travel agency to arrange mobilization flights, hotel
accommodation or any other required travel arrangement.
* Ensure required approvals and documents are in place before new
joiners are on-board.
* Responsible for providing general administration support and
completing the joining formalities with all new employees.
* Prepares the content for new employee files, ensuring they contain
all relevant and required forms.
