Title: STC Solution Architecture Saudi Telecom Company is a Saudi Arabia-based digital company that offers telecommunications services, landline, mobile, Internet services, enterprise digital solutions, and entertainment, fintech, and computer networks. This project handles the CRs to be implemented E2E on the existing stack and Digital Solution for B2C.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Leading the Sales tracks as a Lead Senior Solution Architect
• Act as technical consultant for a large Reload Technology Transformation project
• Capture business, technical requirements
• Translates Business requirements for the purpose of developing solutions and design, optimize business work flows
• Review, analyze, contract document and validate business requirements or user stories, business process flows, identifying system and process solution components, producing Use Case, functional specifications for solution components for complete OSS/BSS Full Stack
• Work with stakeholder to deliver high quality, innovative and responsive solutions to meet business requirements across the market sectors of telecom and IT domain
• Work with business team and responsible for Developing End 2 End Business Processes, Policies and Operational SLA's/KPI's (ADM & Managed Services) in alignment with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Technology and Corporate Governance).
• Evaluate and improve existing business processes and BP improvement initiatives for the purpose of developing appropriate solutions.
• Liaise between business and technical teams
• Communicates with delivery team, application developers, product owners, subject matter experts, end users, and senior management
• Prepare various documents, functional specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys and task and workflow analysis.
• Guiding Quality Assurance and Business with test cases, validate individual functions and the overall solution delivery

▪ Working with AWS Cloud SMEs to see the fitment of Product model with their OOTB capabilities.
▪ Backlog preparation, grooming and sharing the vision and goal to Development team for program
increment & sprints.
▪ Gathering high level business requirements from Product Managers and preparing the logical
product model considering business ecosystem.
▪ Alignment of the proposed model with various systems within the BSS & OSS stack.

out value adding testing processes
