# In-charge of both hard & soft services of Facilities Management.
# Maintenance work order triggering, job assessment, risk assessment, execution and closing using C-Works
# Monitor KPI's for engineering department and make related appraisals.
# Manage all team member's related activities, including recruitments & performance management.

# Materials reservation and their recording.
# In-charge of Tools, Calibration, Lighting Equipments, O/H cranes and statutory equipments.
# Managing the maintenance team and ensuring the work done within the time frame.
# Plan and schedule maintenance activities for all assets and equipments
# Create Purchase Request and approve all P.O’s through ORACLE.
# Update all assets/ equipment maintenance history in Computerized Maintenance Management System -ORACLE ERP System.
# In-charge of total 7 sections viz. Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical-Fabrication, Welding & Fitting, Painting, Masonry and General laboring
# Responsible for maintaining all Assets, Machineries, Electrical Installations, HVAC systems, Plumbing lines in office blocks, accommodations and shipyard.
• In-charge of the operation and maintenance of 250KVA R&H Diesel generator, Kirloskar-KCseries Refregeration Compressors, Revomax Boilers and other machineries in the Freezing plant
• Assisted senior engineering officers onboard in repairs, maintenance and supervision of all machineries
• Worked on main engines like SULZER 7RTA84 (2 stroke, 24, 360BHP@74rpm), MAN-B&W 6LMC54 (2stroke, 10, 400 BHP@74rpm), IHI.SEMT.PIELSTICK (4stroke-11, 700Bhp@100.5rpm)
• Worked on Generators like DAIHATSU 6DSb-28(4stroke-1000KW)
• Worked on Aux boilers such as Mitsubishi CE Marine Boiler (60ton/hr@W.P:17.0bar), Aalborg a Q9 (16 tons/hrs @W.P 8.5bar) etc.
• Two DRY-DOCK experience on Oil Tanker vessel M.T Destiny at Jiayyagin Ship-Yard, China & on Oil Tanker vessel M.T Respect at El-Ferrol Ship-Yard, Spain
