• Monitoring various systems performance which includes Windows servers, AIX servers, and DSL/LAN/MPLS
and Microwave links of all NBK branches, Critical applications (Mobile Banking, Bancs Link, and Watani
Online etc.)
• Monitoring the jobs and preparing daily statistics reports on production environment as well as on test
environment through UniViewer application scheduling various jobs on UniViewer application.

ATM/CDM machines which depends upon on the business
Handling and monitoring ATM's/CDM's machines through ACI Base24UI application
and perform operational tasks as well as escalation, if any of the ATM's/CDM's machines are having issues
• Capable of running EOD processes on AS400 system for Kuwait as well as for all IBG countries
• Preparing daily incident reports if any incident occurred in production environment or test environment
• Perform password resetting, unlocking of NBK user's account through Active Directory
tool upon NBK user’s requests
• Opening remedy tickets on BMC Remedy system tool whenever required
• Maintains records required to supplement console logs, including problem documentation and action taken,
computer utilization logs, file identification and similar data.
• Performs required system back-up including system files, check points, message logs.
• Carries out restart and recovery procedures in the event of failures.
• Initiates jobs on the computer according to schedule and handles input and output materials as required by
operating systems.
• Identifies system malfunctions and report to Shift Supervisor for corrective action.
• Ensures all systems meet production deadlines.
• Fulfills administrative reporting requirements.

Academic Project: “SECURE SHOPPING”
The Project, “Secure Shopping” was developed and managed by a team of 3 members. This was a web
based application with ASP.Net as the front end tool and SQL Server 2005 as the back end tool. In this project,
the Secure Shopping allows users to shop in a secured manner and have developed a system which will ask the
users few questions while registering to the site.
The need for the proposed system arises from the limitations of the existing system. The proposed system
