Responsibilities:
Shift Terminal Management:
• Managed the Crude Oil Terminal activities through a team of 25 terminal employees in their Barmer Salaya Crude Oil Pipeline.
• Conduct regular tank gauge checks, monitor stock levels, work out loss/gain and maintain records.
• Inspect fixed roof type tank & Skin Effect Heat Management System (SEHMS) Pipe Line Operation as per quality assurance procedures and check lists.
• Supervise tank truck Loading & Unloading activities and ensure uninterrupted product availability.
• Undertake regular maintenance up gradation of pipelines, terminals, pumps, compressors, fire engines, diesel generators and also electrical, cathodic protection (CP) and protective coating of pipelines, pump stations and terminals.
• Strictly follow statutory safety procedures and maintain stationery/ portable safety/ fire prevention and fighting equipment in emergency ready situation.
• Impart in-house technical & safety training to staff and workers.
• Generate Daily/Monthly Management Reports in SAP & also taking care about the PIG Launching & Receiving Activity Independently.

Responsibilities :
• Lead a Project team of 500 Workers and ensure streamlined Project activities in HPCL Bio-Fuels Ltd.(HBL) in Their Lauriya Project as a Mechanical Team Leader From ISGEC-JOHN THOMPSON Side.
• Conduct regular Progress checks, monitor Quality, work out on all project related activity & maintain records. Also actively conducted Site Progress Meetings with Client on Daily/Fortnightly/Monthly Basis.
• Inspect all in House Fabrication, Erection, and Commissioning Activity as per quality assurance procedures and check lists.Also worked on call Basic Requirement for HPCL Bio-Fuels Ltd.(HBL) in Their Sugauli Project as a Mechanical Team Leader From ISGEC-JOHN THOMPSON Side.
• Undertake regular maintenance up gradation of all project related Machineries.
• Independently Manage the site from Mechanical side with totally follow up ISO Procedure.
• Strictly follow statutory safety procedures and maintain stationery/ portable safety/ fire prevention and fighting equipment in emergency ready situation.
• Impart in-house technical & safety training to staff and workers.
• Generate Daily/Fortnightly/Monthly management reports & progress activities with High Deligates.

Shift Terminal Management:
• Managed the Finished Oil Petroleum terminal activities through a team of 25 terminal employees in shifts.
• Conduct regular tank gauge checks, monitor stock levels, work out loss/gain and maintain records.
• Inspect floating roof, fixed roof type tank as per quality assurance procedures and check lists.
• Monitor and control automated additive dosing operations, conduct quality control checks.
• Supervise daily Petrol, Diesel, S.K.O., ethanol tank truck filling activities and ensure uninterrupted product availability.
• Undertake regular maintenance up gradation of pipelines, terminals, pumps, compressors, fire engines, diesel generators and also electrical, cathodic protection (CP) and protective coating of pipelines, pump stations and terminals.
• Independently operating the TAS (Terminal automation system) handling reconcilation in JDE through TFMS(Tank farm management system).
• Strictly follow statutory safety procedures and maintain stationery/ portable safety/ fire prevention and fighting equipment in emergency ready situation.
• Impart in-house technical & safety training to staff and workers.
• Generate Daily/monthly management reports & calibration of tank trucks.
Major Achievements:
• Diligently conducted tank gauging checks, maintained records and ensured minimum variation/discrepancies in stocks.
