Shift Terminal Management:
• Managed the Crude Oil Terminal activities through a team of 25 terminal employees in their Barmer Salaya Crude Oil Pipeline.
• Conduct regular tank gauge checks, monitor stock levels, work out loss/gain and maintain records.
• Inspect fixed roof type tank & Skin Effect Heat Management System (SEHMS) Pipe Line Operation as per quality assurance procedures and check lists.
• Supervise tank truck Loading & Unloading activities and ensure uninterrupted product availability.
• Undertake regular maintenance up gradation of pipelines, terminals, pumps, compressors, fire engines, diesel generators and also electrical, cathodic protection (CP) and protective coating of pipelines, pump stations and terminals.
• Strictly follow statutory safety procedures and maintain stationery/ portable safety/ fire prevention and fighting equipment in emergency ready situation.
• Impart in-house technical & safety training to staff and workers.
• Generate Daily/Monthly Management Reports in SAP & also taking care about the PIG Launching & Receiving Activity Independently.
