• • Prepare the Cost Report in coordination with Cost Control Manager on monthly basis.
• Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, subcontractors and committed cost
• Analysis of scope of work for the subcontractors/Suppliers and allocate proper cost code using SAP.
• Prepare accrual sheet for future requirement for materials/subcontract works/staff /Labour etc. in SAP
• Monitor the Booked cost for the materials and subcontractors and correct the cost code if necessary, by using SAP.
• Coordinate with Concerned package managers for potential procurement of future required materials and subcontract works.
• Prepare cost analysis for the Actual Plant & Equipment used Vs planned and inform to PMT for the risk factor if there is any.
• Prepare Procurement Authorization and budget allocation sheet (civil & MEP) for potential requirement of materials and subcontract work on priority basis by coordination with procurement managers and Technical team.
• Conduct regular follow up with cost and value consultants and contractors on QS aspects

• • Overall monitoring of Subcontractors Payment System. It includes Subcontractor, Work Order, Supplier’s valuation w.r.t. invoice Payment with figure out solution of their payment related problems.
• Evaluate labor pricing/production for specific projects and/or locations; demonstrate proficiency in material, labor and equipment pricing for all trade disciplines.
• Estimating and Pricing the sub-contract work and Cost forecast comparison to Budget.
• Monitor and Prepare measurement sheet for different contractual works and Estimation purpose.
• Coordinate with Line Managers, Site Engineers in order to acknowledge the Sub-contract work progress at Site.
• Interpret and explain Contract based on FIDIC and technical information as required

• Prepare and facilitate all Project related Contract Strategies
• Monitor and Prepare measurement sheet for different contractual works for Procurement purpose.
• Monitor the Billing Process w.r.t. actual progress at Site
• Prepare Variation and Cost Report of the Project
• Prepare and describe Cost Report to Project director.

• Prepare Subcontract Agreement, Work Order, Service Agreement, Purchase Order, and also taking responsibility for contractual matters of a project or number of small projects.
• Manage to contracts, claims, disputes and all issues that are governed by contract with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, partners and inter-office entities.
• Estimate, Work out measurements and valuations of completed work based on progress at site and prepare invoices for payment
• Review estimate assignments to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to formal submission of subcontract works.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and estimated costs of materials, labor, and use of equipment required to fulfill all provisions of the contract from simple to complex. Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates in detail for self-performed work (Selective demolition, Concrete, steel erection, carpentry, etc.)
• Participate in the procurement process and review subcontractors, suppliers, vendors quotations for placement of orders.
• Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.
• Prepare Monthly Liability Report
• Participate in negotiation of pricing with Sub-contractors.

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities on design and construct contract in lump-sum price as per Principal of measurement International.
• Assisting for the Preparation of Variation & Certification from Consultant.
• Assisting for the Preparation of Monthly Valuation & Certification from consultant.
• Preparation of Monthly Invoices of Sub-Contractors.
• Assisting for the Preparation of Budget and cost control monitoring activities as per budget and actual.
