Responsible for procurement of machines for new bakery projects (Cake Line, Puff Pastry
Line, Kharri Line & Rusk Line) in Harrshiv Healthy Foods & More Pvt. Lt.
 Confirmable to work with German, Italian and other technology machines like Fritsch,
Rondo, Rademaker, TT Italy, Gorreri, Unifiller, Scanico Spiral Freezer, KOMA slow proofing
etc.
 Responsible for collection of quotations from different vendors and discussed the technical
parts also prepare the comparisons in excel sheets on quotation between all vendors for
technical parts and circulate the report with purchase for further commercial discussion
with vendors.
 Responsible for organize the meetings between vendors and higher management
regarding the technical and commercial discussion and closer.
 Responsible for bakery layout designing with project designing team and process flow in
AutoCAD drawing and discuss with higher management.
 Responsible for preparing the Gain Chart for machine procurements and other project
activities to monitor the competition before the dead lines.
 Responsible to co-ordinate between vendors and project team for utility (Electrical,
Compressed Air, Water, HAVC etc) consumptions.
 Responsible for recruiting the production staff for bakery and establishing a new line
(Frozen Celebration Cake, Rusk Line)
 Responsible for managing the process of purchasing, receiving, scheduling, inventory
control and managing food production activities.
 Responsible for smooth operation of celebration cake & rusk line with high quality
products.
 Production planning and control - plan production as per target, plan daily and weekly
production buckets & arrange material resources as per plan, ensure material quality
correctness before use, monitoring of material machine and human behavior in process,
record, analyze and initiate corrective measures for deviations.
 Developing and understanding of team concept, empowerment within the team
continuously improving focus on task and results.
 Developing flexibility within the team while ensuring that all disciplines are carries out
competently and efficiently.
 Manpower management---to depute right man at right place.
 Managing Man, Material and Machinery.
 Reducing line defects and providing technical support to production line, reviewing existing
systems and processes to identify gaps
 Co- ordinate with Purchase dept. for availability of required material for production.
