Key Responsibilities:
1. Part of management team and heading the IT transformation for the logistics consortium between BCT, a leading IT services provider and Deutsche Post DHL, the worlds largest logistics company.
2. Business development with upstream Oil and Gas operators across the globe for value generation opportunities in supply chain.
3. Customer account management on IT and process improvements as part of the supply chain outsourcing engagement with Petroleum Development, Oman. This involves complete operational and IT outsourcing of logistics needs of PDO to build a world class supply chain towards managing transportation of Oil Rigs and cargo consumables required during drilling.
4. Business process mapping, process improvements, managing strategic initiatives, Solution Design and development, Roll out and delivery, maintenance and support cycle as well as internal auditor of business processes.
5. Develop customer IT strategic roadmaps and incorporate business innovation by implementing novel IT Solutions to achieve business vision and strategic goals.
6.P&L responsibility for all IT environmental needs with budgetary control and managing IT related Projects and initiatives through program/project management.

Key Accomplishments:
1.Received the 2012 DHL Innovation Award for EMEA towards the conceptualization and delivery of first of its kind On-shore rig movements system.
2.Designed and implemented a first of its kind solution catering to the End-to-End cargo haulage solution Bolton NextGen and its sales to PDO for gaining competitive advantage
3.Strategized IT Roadmaps for the last 5 years towards customer requirements and undertook the deployment of various business process and IT interventions as part of the roadmap
4.Designed and Implemented complete TMS IT suite for PDO to address its core logistics operations.
5.Successfully implemented new and innovative technologies like IVMS, Track & Trace and integration middle ware.
6.Strategy formulation for next generation 4PL models to be propagated in other geographies in ME and wider globe.

 Successfully led the i2 upgrade for Braskem across products; Train-the-trainer program for i2's TM suite out of India
 Led the TMS Upgrade from 5.2.1 to 6.1.5 & integration implementation for Braskem - Brazil.
 Led as Program Manager for Cementhai Logistics for i2 TMS upgrade evaluation from 6.1 to 6.2 and implementation.

Setting up a 4PL line of business for Mahindra & Mahindra, first of its kind in India. The engagement included evolving business strategy, development of business offerings and services, design and field implementation of business processes, involvement in sales and operations of the business and lastly, design & development and implementation of IT solutions for the business.
Successfully accomplished business and IT reengineering engagement for Konsortium Logistics Berhad, a 4PL in Malaysia as Offshore Business Analysis. Engagement involved study of existing IT systems/legacy applications across various companies in the consortia, prepare a unified IT Roadmap to streamline business integration, Develop IT solutions to cater to different 4PL/3PL services to customers.
Involved as the team member in the establishment of the Vehicle Support Services business in India for Cummins, India. The assignment involved network design and development, setting up of facilities, Business process design & field implementation and development of the IT solutions.
Involved as strategic member for the Post Implementation audit or the M&M TSG business during 2003 to evaluate the effectiveness of the model envisaged earlier in 2000
