1) Overall in charge of the Marketing / Operational Functions of the branch office in Fujairah / East Coast
2) Responsible for the Media / Marketing / Sales generation of the territory (Fujairah & East Cost), handling ROP / CAPS, and also involve in write ups / captions / preparing notes for ads as per the clients needs.
3) Invoicing / booking of advertisements under a fully computerized (SAP) online network system.
4) Proof-reading & editing of advertisements to the required standard set by the management as well as to make sure the Ministry restrictions and regulations are strictly followed.
5) PR Duties such as renewal of Chamber of Commerce / Trade license / Tenancy Contract of the branch office.
6) Liaise with the circulation / editorial departments for various day-to-day newspaper requirements.
7) Prepare the Monthly accounts statement of the territory and maintain separate target client lists for various supplements / features.
8) Interact and communicate effectively to executives of all levels to generate more business.
9) Meeting Senior Executives / advertisers, on appointment basis.
10) Various other day-to-day activities of the branch office.
11) Keep a watch on the competitor’s activities and do market survey on time to time for various Marketing requirements.
Independent In Charge of the Operation / Marketing / Sales of the pharmaceutical products - handling major hospitals / clinics of the territory, market survey, coordinating with dealers / distributors, taking care of stock control, etc.
Independently handling the complete operation of the territory, appointing distributor, make sure the availability of the stocks, directly taking care of the Marketing / Sales of the territory, market survey of competitors activities.
Completed Graduation in BSc in 1987, was best performer in college, with good academic records throughout.
