Overall incharge of Sales management and transport logistics. Increase business with existing customers and develop new customers, procurement of materials & organize delivery to stores, costing, inventory control, transportation, oversee in-bound and out-bound materials movement and commercial documentation, preparation of Purchase orders / Delivery Notes / Invoices & verification, supply arrangements to customers, sales accounting, payment collection, VAT submission, and profit maximization.
Manage all aspects of materials logistics (inbound and outbound)and warehouse operations including distribution to the construction site. Ensure the availability of all project materials (MEP), consumables, machinery & equipment in warehouse, as per procurement / construction plan. Meet budgeted operation costs, productivity & maintain data accuracy. Follow project HSE policies and company ISO standards.
Job description: The main role of this position was successful management of the procurement,
logistics, stores and materials distribution. The role ensured timely availability of materials at store for
project construction and within the budget.
Job description: The major role of this position was to provide full back office support to the sales
department right from preparing supplier purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, imports/export,
shipment and transportation, customs clearance, delivery to stores and distribution to customers.
Marketing & Sales of manufactured products like brass and copper strips and foils all over India and Exports to Middle east countries.
