Assisting the Kerala circle CEO in business strategy formulation, planning & analysis of Kerala operations with key focus of critical projects driven by management
End to End Project management : Supervising the planning, monitoring and control of critical projects of the circle

Prepare and present periodic Dashboard/business reports on the current project/program/operations status, risks and client issues using excel, MS project, Power BI, power point
Analyze the root cause of problems using TQM/analytics tools, mine data and deliver insights based on review of operational data and brain storming with concerned stake holders
Preparing long term(5 year) and Short term plans(1 year) of the company aligned to the Vision and Mission of the company
Market Research-competitor analysis, Risk analysis
Interaction with market research agencies like CRISIL, FTR-USA, ACEA, AW and developing customized research projects
Coordinating and chairing meetings with top executives, customers, consultants
Preparation of MIS reports-Business dashboard, company performance, Data analysis and solution building based on insights capture from data
Monitor key project milestones, coordinate with cross functional teams
Appraisal of capex projects and sanctions Reporting to General Manager of the organization and coordinating the work of planners in 12 different departments
Credit appraisal and risk rating management-Processing of loans, financial analysis, customer visits, customer profiling
Customer relationship and cross selling of financial products
Organizing team for exhibitions, campaigns, loan fairs etc.
