• Complete Network Planning (Macro and Micro Sites) Rollout including Coverage & Capacity Planning.
• Coordinating with IP team like Bharti Infratel, Viom, Ascend, idea, Vodafone Tower Vision (TVIPL), BSNL,
GTL and ATC for site selection.

Velocity, Map Info and Citrix Tools.
• Streamlining entire operation & maintenance of 4G/5G Networks (850, 1800, 2300, 3500 & 700 Band)
and Fiber Network (10, 000Kms of Reliance and 3, 000Kms of Tata).
• Maintaining network availability >99.98%, outage minute reduction, Opex control, reduction in Access and
BB fiber cut, follow up with legal authorities.
• Monitoring of site Infra condition and their resolution within time to maintain RF KPI’s to control on
customer complaints and to improve network uptime of 4G/5G/GSC/GDC/OSC/Wifi.
• Follow up and compliances adherence to TRAI, Vendor and employees management.
As a Sr Project Manager I have taken a Lead to start in this Role with a leading International
Telecom Vendor of Ooredo/Vodafone/MOI/NSN/Huawei with these technologies LTE 800 &
2600/ 2G/ 3G/DAS/ISC/OSC Project and have completed two Projects worth around 40 Crores.
• As a RF Manager I have been made responsible to take care of BSS Operation of NSN-Bharti Bihar Circle
Network for O&M of Approx 1600+ BTS Sites, IBS Sites and 40 BSC Sites Ultra and Flexi \[900 MHz and 1800
MHz\] and WBTS-NODE_B\[2100 MHz\] of Approx 250 sites.
• I am working with ATC Telecom Vendor of NSN, ZTE, Huawei and Ericsson, with these technologies
LTE /2G/3G/DAS/IBS.
• Core responsibility of my job profile was technically supporting RF Field Engineer in Rectifying RF issue and
manage the Man power for proper output.
• End-to-end rollout & deployment experience
• Understanding the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Optimization Tasks.
• Analysis of SCFT report & Cluster report.
• Monitoring LTE Parameters like RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, PCI,

• Managed RFAI from infra partner, 3rd Party (Other Operator), installation, commissioning and traffic
shifting of MW (IP-10/20) hops, 2G BTS, 3G NodeB, New BSC, RNC & expansion of 2G & 3G network as per
planning guide line from material availability to make site RFS.
• Led store inventory reduction to optimize the Capex cost.
• Ensured EMF compliance and adherence to the statutory rules and regulations before radiating the sites.
