Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate and perform a range of operational support activities for the unit; serve as a liaison with other departments
and operating units for day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Payroll Processing, Attendance, leaves, Relieving and Settlement Formalities.
• Prepares the monthly salary sheet of 300+ employees under the WPS Smart Payroll.
• Maintains file of legal documents and records such as licenses and certificates, employee’s passport, etc.
• Prepares the required documents for renewal of certificates, licenses, and vehicle renewals.
• Prepares required documents for Hamriyah Free Zone Authority for online processing of employment visa, medical,
cancellation, passport withdrawal, request for salary certificate, etc.
• Responsible for opening of salary bank account of new employees.
• Preparation of the documents for international visa‘s includes tickets and lodging.
• Maintain and updates the documents such as licenses, certificates, and monitoring expiry of residence visas.
