Currently Working as a main contractor quantity surveyor, and leading a team with the responsibility of managing the complete project requirements
from the inception of the project till handing over.
Preparation of Rate Breakdown to the appropriate activities and various packages.
To carry out the tender float of Provisional Sum and PC Sum packages in line with project controlling documents
Identifying, Valuating, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks and advising on procurement strategy for the appropriate packages.
To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, Sub-contractors and
Domestic Sub-contractors
Identifying, Noticing, analyzing, and Presenting appropriate substantiating
documents to the variations
Measuring, estimating and developing a Bill of quantities to an
appropriate element for packages
Monitoring and controlling all stages of projects within predetermined
budget and expenditure.
Preparing a project Financial reports on monthly
Coordination with Engineer and/or consultant, Employer, and subcontractors
for any clarifications about commercial reporting, Payment applications, variations, etc.
Preparation of reconciliation statement of measurements, Materials, and
Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR)
