Operation and Maintenance Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer Roles and responsibilities  Troubleshooting and maintenance of following electrical equipments  HT/LT Switchgears with Protection System using Relays and Provision for DCS Interlocking. (C&S ELECTRIC, ABB)  Maintenance of UPS, battery chargers and battery bank.  Operating and Maintenance of r, 6.6kv/440 Auxiliary transformer(C.G& 415V ACB rating of 4000 Amps
Operation and Maintenance of Switch gear H.T 6.6kv VCB (MAKE:ABB)  Control system and field motors Testing both H.T&L.T UPTO 1000KW.  Monitoring and controlling the 24V control Panel &Relay Panel.  Involved in Fault finding and relay resetting.  Monitoring and Correcting the Power factor.  Service and Maintenance of up to 55KW submersible pumps.  Maintenance of MCC &PCC panels(MAKE: Siemens)  Maintenance of Lighting system of Sodium &Mercury Vapour lamps etc.,  Servicing of Motors and Associated Components &motor Operated valve.  Plans and supervising the execution of the daily work equipments of the plant.  Start up and after of various systems involved in process for continuous operation of plant.  Good knowledge in PLC and other control panel wiring.  Operation, Preventive maintenance day to day break down Maintenance Conventional Maintaining Daily monthly &Yearly reports for Technical and Generating above reports  Maintains of Daily site Process.

Electrical And Instrumentation Qa/Qc Inspector And Technical Asst Roles and responsibilities  Responsible for all electrical inspections related to installations, testing, Commissioning etc.  To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.  To conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries.  To attend all electrical inspection with client/contractor representatives.  To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.  Prepare method statements and ITPs in coordination with QA/QC senior engineers and Project engineers.  Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non conformances etc.  Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with Project Requirements.  Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non conformance reports and verification of corrective actions.  Ensure that all works are carried out as per (SEAS) the approved method statements and drawings.  Ensure that all equipments used are calibrated and with valid certificates.  Assist the QA/QC senior engineers in preparation of the final handing over documents such as HO&M documents, testing and commissioning reports etc.  Preparation of testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with Vendors, QA/QC engineers and project engineers.  Routine inspection for the Electrical work activities and Inspection of incoming Client materials.  Supervision of Electrical / Instrument Equipment installations & Erection activities.  Installation of control circuits and Electrical operational systems.  Installation of cable trays and conduits for lay out of power and control cables for EOT Cranes.  Inspection installation of HV/LV Cables & Cable Testing such as (Continuity Test & Insulation Resistance Test).  Inspection, Testing and Commissioning and maintenance team for MCC room, HT & LT switchgears, Battery charger, Ups, conveyors system, Stacker cum Reclaimer, Wagon Tippler, Paddle Feeder & Travelling Tripper.

Roles and responsibilities  QA/QC documentation and review Contractor electrical procedures.  Supervise and Monitor Installation of transformers, cable, Cable tray, Lighting, Distribution control panel, all electrical equipment and Grounding system, etc.  Perform routine inspection and document result in accordance with approved CPI procedures.  Monitor activities of supervision contractor and construction Contractors.  Witness and verify Continuity, Merger, HI-POT and Component testing for Medium Voltage & Low Voltage equipment.  Monitor Quality control on manufacturing progress activities.  Responsible from equipment installation and continue energizing of electrical equipment to precommissioning and commissioning.  Issued punch listing and close out report for outstanding works.  Review Tested documentation, witness and accept all required Testing for CPI (Client)  Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with Project Requirements
