The sub contractor’s estimation quantity checked & Certifying subcontract payments and evaluating and negotiating variations.
To assist in the review and settlement of any claims as may be raised by subcontractors.
Prepare and agree project payment structure with client and subcontractor.
To prepare tender from client, Estimates for tender and evaluation the technical and commercial aspect of tenders.
Calculate the scope and quantum of work for a given contract.
Study the scope of work in tenders and other documentation.
Checking the sub contractor’s measurement.
Review of contractors method statement and designers risk assessment and competency.
Monitoring of cost (cost control) to achieve cost target & cost analysis.
Negotiating main contract and subcontract agreement.
Finalize the quantities and carry re-measure works.
Identify areas of commercial risk on the Project as early as possible and review with the Contract Manager ways of avoiding that
risk.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Cost Breakdown & rate analysis
Ensuring full payment for Contracted Scope of works.
Identifying, Notifying, Valuing and agreeing all Changes to Scope of Work, all costs associated with Client Delays, all costs associated
with Client caused Disruption.
Monitor record and establish causes of waste above estimated allowances, reconcile External Hire (Equipment or Manpower) to
ensure optimal use and causes of any low productivity.
Identify, value and agree back-charges/LD do to Vendor/Subcontractor default.
Ensure a positive cash flow.
Prepare and Agree valuations on a timely basis.
Ensure project payment structure matches projected expenditure profile and timely resolution of any disputed payment items
Assisting team on drafting Contractual letters/notices
Provide advice to Senior Management when Contractual issues arise
Prepare and present to Management Project Status Reports and Project Forecast Reports
Identify and provide solutions to identified Risks/Issues/Concerns
Effectively preparing the material take off from issued IFC drawings in strict accordance with project contract documents.
Civil, Steel Structure, Architecture, Scaffolding, Insulation, Fire Proofing, Refractories, Cladding works etc. gathered this information
into a single logical spreadsheet formatted to meet the client’s requirements.
Monthly Billing based on progress for Lump Sum & Measurement.
Financial close out for 100% completed work instructions.
Subcontract management, Monitoring purchase orders, Certifying Subcontract invoices.
Material Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Monitoring Cost & Revenue.
