• Kharafi National has implemented the ERP system for all departments; hence all HR jobs are done through Oracle ERP-HRIS module from vacancy creation till newly hiring the candidate. Good experience in ERP module as well as for generating recruitment related reports MIS (Management Information System)

• Receiving SRF (Staff Requisition Form) from different departments to fill various positions for end to end recruitment for the company handling multiple projects.

• To coordinate with the department/ project (Hiring Manager) concerned and plan as to when the vacancy is to be filled and take appropriate action in fulfilling that objective.

• Involved in the process of selection which includes advertisements in local and international news papers, liaison with local and international recruitment agencies, online application process, e-recruitment, short listing of resumes as per the SRF’s received, conducting competency based interviews, salary negotiation, selection and dealing with the mobilization of new staff.

• Prepare “Interview Summary Report” (ISR), “Draft Offer”, “Formal Offer” for the candidates recruited and prepare weekly report to HR Manager.

• Follow up with Admin./PRO for documents related to Visit/Employment visas
