i am responsible for all IT issues of Sacoor Brothers in MEA region (almost 35 stores including Singapore Malaysia). I provide them remote support using application like dameware, VNC viewer, team viewer as well as on phone. I have implemented inventory system in present company which help us to keep track of all IT equipments which have been assigned to various stores as well as for employees who work in backoffice.
I am involved annual budgeting for IT as well as new technologies and project getting initiated within company..

✓ Completed movement of Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008R2.
• Decision maker role in server movement.
