i am responsible for all IT issues of Sacoor Brothers in MEA region (almost 35 stores including Singapore Malaysia). I provide them remote support using application like dameware, VNC viewer, team viewer as well as on phone. I have implemented inventory system in present company which help us to keep track of all IT equipments which have been assigned to various stores as well as for employees who work in backoffice.
