Issuing delivery notes, exchange notes and return notes and its follow up.
Oversee the process of transportation and ensure safe and timely movement of equipment.
Arrange suitable transport system and schedule the departure at appropriate time as suited to the expected delivery time.
Making sure that all equipment/transport vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
Coordinating with maintenance department to attend break down at sites and solve the issues in appropriate time.
Efficiently managing a team of drivers, operators, equipment and vehicles.
Preparing fleet reports of all equipment on daily basis and its follow up with different site supervisors.
Arranging the load test, registration renewal, site gate passes and safety passing for the equipment and vehicles.
Preparing time sheets on daily, weekly and monthly basis for the invoicing purpose.
Ensuring all site and customer objectives are achieved

Preparing daily report of more than 900 equipments including Cranes, Trailers, Vacuum/Water tankers, Welding machines, Air compressors, Tower lights, Graders, Road Rollers, Boom trucks etc.
