WORKING IN HDFC BANK AS BRANCH MANAGER AT CHANGAMKULAM BRANCH ( THRISSUR )
• Supervise the day to day operational functions of the branch Including : vault, drawer and ATM balancing overseeing teller and customer service duties; and assisting with customer transactions
• Responsible for the general maintenance of the facility. Ensure that all security procedures are strictly followed, branch is operationally sound, and satisfactory audits are achieved.

• Taking Commitment / Reviewing of Sales Target and Achievement from Sales officers on Daily / Weekly / Monthly Basis
• Planning and Implementing Monthly Activity at different locations with Sales Officer
• Handling Customer Issues of both New Acquisition and Existing Relation
• Focus on Increasing CA SA Value and Numbers
