Responsible for planning and execution of all IT related activities across different branches in Kerala. Also,
in charge of training, supervising and evaluating the work of computer operations staff.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Controlling the various activities related to the operation of the firm's Client - Server network, as
well as all the peripheral equipment’s related to EDP. This Client - Server network includes
Router, switches, Firewall, Wireless Network, CCTV, Desktop Computers, Laptops, Computer
equipped Diagnostic tools etc.
* Providing technical support to Internal users regarding Hardware and software related issues.
* Responsible for administering Oracle’s Siebel CRM & DMS (Customer Relationship Management
& Dealer Management System), a system for tracking all day to day activities in the organization.
* Generate operations and performance report using OBIEE based on the requirement from the
management.
* Daily backup management of all the data of company and restore the data for user whenever
required.
* Testing and Installation of new system, up-gradation of existing systems and communicating the
changes/updates to the Internal end users which includes multiple branches.
* Installation, Configuration and Administration of Windows Server 2016 Active Directory, DNS,
DHCP.
* Google Workspace Management.
* Configured Firewall rules and VPN in Sophos.
* Knowledge and basic exposure in Cyberoam (15 ING) firewall.
* Configured 800 Series Routers advance services router and 29XX series Cisco Switches.
* Auditing and Reviewing the sound working of all IT equipment’s.
* Training the user and new hires about new systems.
* Rate procurement with Vendors for IT materials and collaborate regarding PC repairs
Handled a team of 10 members heading the Service Team Leader role with proven experience in all sort
of system support and development based on the organization demand within the allocated budget.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Mentoring and directing team members for timely completion of assigned work.
* Conducting & Coordinating team meetings on regular basis to discuss about project issues and
status.
* Hand-holding the team to develop problem management and service improvement plans.
* Assisted in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and
termination activities.
* Ensuring the team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements.
* Developing relationships with external clients and stakeholders to assess their technology,
support, and security needs.
* Coordinates troubleshooting, support, and service for equipment and networks as and when
necessary
Responsible for attending and supporting clients; on site based on their call and remotely based on their
queries.

* Installation and Maintenance of IBM Sure POS 300 Series & IBM Sure POS 100 Series.
* Installing, configuring, troubleshooting of server based and non-server-based Network.
* Provide support for HP, IBM, Lenovo, Compaq, Acer and Dell desktop PC’s and Laptops.
* Installation of Linux (Red hat, Fedora, Ubuntu etc.)
* MS DOS, Windows 95/98/Me/NT Workstation Version. 4.0 and XP. PC cloning with Norton Ghost,
partitioning Hard Disks using FDISK, Seagate DM and Partition Magic.
* Installation and Implementation of various makers’ servers like IBM x series server models, X 3200
with on board LSI SAS1064E RAID controller, X 3400 and X3105.
* Installation and implementation of Operating Systems Windows NT Server.Version4.0 / 2000 / 2003,
Novell - Netware Version. 4.1 / 4.2 / 5.0 with Remote Booting and Client Configuration.
* Peripheral installation and configuration of Printers, Modems, Scanners, CD Writers, Zip and Tape
Drives, Thumb Drives and USB Devices).
* Installation and configuration of HP network printers; 4200, 4250N and 8150N Series.
* Installation and Configuration of Symantec Antivirus 10.0 (Server / Client side).
* E-mail Configuration with MS Outlook Web Access, MS Outlook Express, MS Outlook software for
accessing mails from MS Exchange Server.
* Configuration of Internet connection using Dial-up and DSL connections.
