• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments

• Manage freight receipts, insurance claims processing and MIS management.

• Reduction of TTAT (Truck Turn Around Time).
• Daily coordination with plant and warehouse.
• Follow up for payment.
• Freight analysis.
• Reconciliation with both transporters and finance department.
