1. Accountant - Financial Department ( present salary SR.5000/-)
• Responsible for general cost accounting, maintain accounting records and other related duties in the daily administration of the Finance Department.
• Perform accounts payable duties such as verifying all invoices for payment; ensure expenditures are charged to appropriate accounts.
• Maintain general ledger, including preparing journal entries, coding invoices, accounts analysis and reconciliation, closing books monthly.
• Answer all vendor inquiries, Prepare all accounts payable cheques every month, prints all accounts payable reports and maintain department files.
• Analyze accounts as required and assist in the monthly closings.
• Update records for fixed assets and all other financial documents as necessary; Prepare depreciation schedule of fixed assets.
• Check accounting classifications, bills and invoices for completeness and accuracy.
