• Communicates with employees, departments and administrators for providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment, personnel records and/or labor relations and related legal requirements.
• Coordinates recruiting, selection and employment process (e.g. writing/editing job descriptions, advertising, processing applications, preparing screening criteria, administering/evaluating tests, scheduling interviews, etc.) for the purpose of meeting district staffing requirements while complying with established guidelines.
• Develops a wide variety of written materials in both manual and electronic formats (e.g. compliance reports, forms, procedures, brochures, pamphlets, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
• Informs employees and applicants regarding a variety of procedures and program requirements for the purpose of providing necessary information for making decisions, taking appropriate action and/or referring to someone else if appropriate
• Interprets contract language, education code, and leave and employment regulations for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Investigates a variety of Human Resources related issues for the purpose of ensuring that effective, legally compliant resolutions are arrived at in a timely manner and within the strict guidelines.
• Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of developing recommendations and/or supporting other staff.
• Responsible to collect the time keeping records of each employee and coordinate with Finance department in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with department administrators for the prompt renewal of installation access badges.
• Tracking information regarding passports, civil Ids, and other important Documentations. Assist with any information needed to process visa, and so forth. Prepares passport release letters as required. Perform other related tasks as directed
• Receives and provide support to Host Nation customers and in coordination with Public relation Officers Answer and redirect customer calls/ request for assistance as pertinent to guarantee100percentage positive Host Nation response and assistance is provided.
• Maintain and update existing filing system on a daily basis and Perform necessary data entry to continually update the existing electronic database as directed and generate reports as per the task needed.
• Ensure safe maintenance and handling of employees’ documents such as passports, Medical Cards, Driver’s Licenses, and Work Permits etc.
• Extract periodic reports and perform necessary research in accordance with the applied SOPs& work instructions as directed by superiors
• Maintain Professional work performance in compliance with the applied SOPs & work instructions and suggest improvement if any. Maintain a current information flow with co - workers and superiors to facilitate a smooth performance of work within Host Nation office
• Apply well-developed time management skills to define priorities to do the tasks.
• Assist more than 7000 employees with different nationalities, deals with them in a respectable manner, handle multiple tasks successfully.
• Initiate & route correspondence to internal and external parties as directed with in proper organizational channels
• Serve as a primary Key Custodian and Safety Representative for the Host nation Department
Duties include all administrative works.

•Analyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and to prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions.
•Advise customers on the selection of medication brands, medical equipment and health-care supplies.
•Provide specialized services to help patients manage conditions such as diabetes, asthma, smoking cessation, or high blood pressure.
•Maintain records, such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, charge system files, inventories, control records for radioactive nuclei, and registries of poisons, narcotics, and controlled drugs.
