Implement Organisation wide HSE Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines and Practices onboard the vessels and provide HSE Induction Training to all new arrivals.

To establish a system of audits that measures the effectivness of the HSE program and ensures that the requirements are being effectively communicated throughout the workforce.

Audit all Hot and Cold work permits and associated certificatesto ensure all precautions and conditions are in place prior to commencement of job for their compliance with HSE policy in force.Observing the manpower, weather they were working safely and using their PPE equipments and making observation reports and accident reports. maintenance of PPE equipments.
