Implement Organisation wide HSE Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines and Practices onboard the vessels and provide HSE Induction Training to all new arrivals.
Ensure compliance to all safety regulatory requirements through regular Inspection and audit checks.
Inspection of plant and machinery equipments prior to assign at site and keep & update load test certificates of lifting tools and tackle.

To establish a system of audits that measures the effectivness of the HSE program and ensures that the requirements are being effectively communicated throughout the workforce.
