1. Design Coordination, Pre-Sales Support, Quantity Surveying, Installation Support, Commissioning, Integration, Quality Inspections, Systems Delivery, As-Built & Handover Documentation for systems like FIRE PROTECTION, LIFE Safety Systems, Telecommunication systems, Home land Security & C2 systems.

11. Responsible in preparing/Conducting FAT, System Functionality-ACCEPTANCE TEST PROCEDURES(ATP’s) & ACCEPTANCE TEST REPORT(ATR), MOS for the systems/Clients/Customers.
12. Verifying the FO-OTDR test reports, Inspection reports from contractors along with sensors quality team for the facility networks.
13. C2 systems & Data Centre installation, commissioning.
14. Key contributor to the projects involving the DATA CENTRE migration projects for the running systems which involves IT & Network design, solution Team.
15. Responsible for Handover Documentation, Team’s Daily progress report, Integration Activity Tracker Report, Working with project planner for Management weekly DASHBOARD presentation & Phase Recovery Schedule.

17. Leading the SAT & OSAT along with delivery team for customer(CICPA) for C2, Home Land security systems.
18. Leading Abu Dhabi CIVIL DEFENCE inspections for Fire & Life Safety Systems.
1. Responsible for complete construction management activities.
2. Preparing METHOD of STATEMENT for the actual and associated scope (CIVIL & STRUCTURAL) of works for approval from clients & consultants.
3. Generating the proper TASK RISK ASSESSMENTS (TRA) for different variety of associated works for the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
4. Performing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the materials to be delivered in site before being the installation starts in site with client & consultant personal.
5. Sub contract engagement and allocation of works for differentiated packages by preparing the scope for them.
6. Conducting weekly progress meeting with management & site personals with proper Minutes of Meeting recorded.
7. Performing Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for the pre-commissioned systems.
8. Responsible for the final handing over of the systems with proper AS-BUILT drawings, CLOSE OUT documents of complete inventory details by clearing all PUNCH POINTS.
9. Providing SYSTEM TRAINING for end user & Client personals with proper systems procedures and training manuals.

9. Coordinated civil excavation works in Takreer RRE for FOC, Instrumentation and Electrical Cabling.
10. Preparing work flow chart and manpower flow chart.
11. Preparing As-Built drawings.
1.Coordinated and executed various tasks of system development (Survey + Supporting + Installation + Integration + Formal testing + Commissioning + Maintenance).

12.Performing maintenance of BMS with integrated available fire SMOKE MANAGEMENT system.
13.Providing periodic test and performance report for the prestigious site by available fire GRAPHIC MONITOR system.
14.Performing integrity test for the clean agent & gas suppression system (FM200 & CO2) executing areas.
1.Supervision, installation and commissioning of Fire alarm system, access control system, CCTV, intrusion alarm system, public address system, FM200 installation of fire fighting system in government firms and in heavy industries.
2.Performing site surveys for the work to be initiated.
3.Estimating materials for the JOB IN HAND sites.
4.Execution of project activities such as drawings, submittals, procurement, follow-ups, manpower handling, installation, commissioning, as-built preparation, payment follow-ups, handing over etc.
5.Coordination with consultant and main contractors for engineering and design issues and respective follow-ups with approved schedule and their approvals.
6.Reviewing of weekly progress of works and forwarding the same to management and main contractor.
7.Performing inspection for materials delivered by different suppliers with consultant and main contractor to meet the requirements.
8.Ensuring that the redline drawings, As-built drawings and related documentation is prepared, reviewed, submitted and approved in a timely manner, in line with the contract.
9.Estimating the quantity of works for monthly payment application.
10.Monitoring close out of snags raised by the consultants and supervise the temporary services items at project close out.
11.Providing periodic maintenance check for the executed projects.
